Anne Arundel Community College was named 23rd best online community college in the country by the editors at Value Colleges, a website that answers questions about college value and affordability.
Rankings were based on accredited community colleges that offered at least three fully online degree programs as well as tuition, student satisfaction and graduate salary. AACC offers 16 degree programs and 19 certificate programs that can be completed fully online based on the 2020-2021 catalog.
According to the American Association of Community Colleges, 62% of full-time students and 72% of part-time students at community colleges work. Online classes offer flexibility that may help these and other students achieve their educational goals.
